This Privacy Policy explains what personal data StakeClip ("we", "us") collects when you use stakeclip.com (the "Platform") and how we use it. By using the Platform you agree to this Policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data - name, email address, password (stored as a hash), role (advertiser or clipper), country, company and licence details for advertisers, social-account handles for clippers.
• Payment data - payout wallet addresses, deposit and payout history. We do not store card numbers; payments are processed by third-party providers.
• Usage data - campaign activity, submitted clips, view statistics, log data (IP address, browser, timestamps), referral source and promo codes used.
• Communications - messages you send to support and notifications we send you.

2. How we use data

• To provide the service: accounts, campaigns, view verification, payouts.
• To secure the Platform: email verification, two-factor authentication, fraud detection.
• To send transactional email (verification codes, payout notices). Marketing email is sent only with your consent and can be opted out of at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations, including licence checks for gambling advertisers.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for login sessions, language and theme preferences, and a referral cookie (30 days) when you arrive via a tracking link. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Platform.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: service providers that help us operate the Platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), Advertisers/Clippers to the extent needed to run a campaign (e.g. a clipper's handle and clip statistics are visible to the campaign's advertiser), and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 5 years after closure where required for financial and legal records. Log data is kept for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure - report suspected incidents to [email protected].
