Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StakeClip platform at stakeclip.com (the "Platform"), operated by StakeClip ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The service
StakeClip is a marketplace that connects licensed gambling advertisers ("Advertisers") with short-form video creators ("Clippers"). Advertisers publish campaigns with briefs, source material and a price per 1,000 verified views (CPM). Clippers produce and publish clips and are paid for verified views as measured by our verification system (VCV).
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Advertisers must hold a valid gambling licence in every market they target and provide licence details on request.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- One person or entity may not hold multiple accounts of the same role without our written consent.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Email verification is required at registration; we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or platform policies.
4. Campaigns, views and payouts
- Advertisers set campaign budgets and CPM. Campaign spend is drawn from the advertiser's Platform balance against verified views only.
- Views are counted by our verification system. Its measurement is final for payout purposes; we may adjust figures where we detect fraud, bot traffic or platform reporting errors.
- Clipper earnings accrue per 1,000 verified views at the rate shown in the campaign brief and are paid out on the weekly payout schedule, subject to a minimum payout amount and account verification.
- We may withhold or reverse payouts connected to fraudulent, artificial or non-compliant traffic.
5. Content rules
- Clips must follow the campaign brief, use permitted source material and comply with the rules of the social platform where they are posted.
- Content must not target minors, misrepresent winnings as guaranteed, promote gambling as a solution to financial problems, or target jurisdictions where the advertised brand is not licensed.
- Required responsible-gambling disclosures (such as 18+ marks) must be preserved where the brief or local law requires them.
- We may reject, demand removal of, or stop paying for content that violates these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Advertisers grant Clippers a limited licence to use provided source material solely to produce clips for the relevant campaign. Clippers grant the Advertiser and StakeClip a non-exclusive licence to use published clips for the campaign and for Platform analytics and promotion. You must not use source material outside a campaign.
7. Fees
StakeClip's commission is included in the spread between the campaign CPM paid by the Advertiser and the rate paid to Clippers, as shown in each campaign brief. Deposit and payout processing fees of third-party providers may apply.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Artificially inflating views (bots, view farms, incentivised traffic, autoplay loops).
- Circumventing the Platform to settle campaign work directly while using Platform-sourced briefs or materials.
- Scraping, reverse engineering or disrupting the Platform.
- Any unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent activity.
9. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions of social platforms (including takedowns and account restrictions). Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees we earned from you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Earned, verified and compliant balances are paid out on closure; balances connected to fraud may be forfeited.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
